There are more than 80 wineries currently in Macedonia, out of which 25 are successful exporters of wine on the world market.

Based on annual statistic on wine production, the wine production in Macedonia can be divided into 3 groups:
       - By production capacity over 10 million liters of wine
       - By production capacity up to 10 million liters of wine
       - By production capacity up to 1 million liters of wine

Macedonia is the 4th biggest wine exporter on German market at the moment. The quantity of Macedonian wine on other markets is increasing every year.
