Drinking wine is highly appreciated, as a proverb says: all is transient just the fine wine remains. Wine is a drink for highly enjoyable and kind of cultural and civilization challenge. Each region is distinctive regarding: how to keep wine, serve wine, match wine and food, link wine and health.

By color wine is divided into white, rose and red, and by its sugar content into dry, half-dry, semi-sweet and sweet.

- Predicate wines include late harvest, select harvest and ice harvest  at very low temperatures. Resulting with exceptional years in the special conditions of maturation:
- Late harvest - wine made from grapes harvested in a state of complete maturity
- Select harvest - wine made from carefully selected grapes
- Select berry harvest - wine made from overmature or noble mold infested berries
- Select dry berry harvest - a wine made from dried berries
- Ice wine - made from grapes harvested at a temperature of at least -7 ° C and processed frozen
- Special wines are obtained by special methods of processing (grapes, wine), with or without additives (alcohol wine, sugar, spices ...), producing dessert, liqueur, and flavored wines.
